After 11 years at RHODIA Operations in Houston, Ludovic Odoni joined Solvay when RHODIA was acquired by Solvay. He is currently Head of the Research Center developing innovative and breakthrough solutions in Material Science in Brussels. Before that he was successively Innovation Director and Portfolio Manager of the advanced materials center. He has a strong experience in managing innovation in different Markets (Automotive, Energy, Electronics), in leading cross-functional and in entrepreneurship. He also shows a strong scientific & business development professional experience through exposition to different time to market including in how to connect long term research with short term market needs.
